Consumption of vegetarian food is associated with a substantially lower risk of many diseases, for example kidney disease, risk of colon and breast cancer, osteoporosis, heart disease, obesity, hypertension, diverticulosis.
The reason for these health benefits comes from the lower intakes of saturated fat and cholesterol. People, consuming vegetarian food, get higher intakes of complex carbohydrates, dietary fiber, minerals and phytochemicals.
If you decide to become a vegetarian, you will find this book very useful.

Requested information released
Hello Dear Visitors
When the New Year began, I decided to change my life style for a better and healthier one. As a part of that I became a vegetarian and made a big search on the internet for a good content. I visited and joined many forums, sites, collecting, sharing information with people with same interest. During my search on the internet I found a good e-book, what I personally found very useful. As many of you guys from the sites, requested to share this information, I decided to make this small website with Blogger to write everything about my opinions, notices, any news and useful information what I know and I am going to discover in the future. Well, I am sure I am going to post a lot of information what is new for me but it might not be new for you. I say again, I am a newbie, with this lifestyle, but also I am very enthusiastic, because I feel myself better in my skin and I have a lot more energy to do things what I was tired to do before. So it is great, I think. And good things are always good to share in my opinion. I hope it is going to be helpful for all who reads.
First, allow me to introduce myself. I am a simple hungarian guy, with normal daily job, living an average life in the UK, but I am keen to change to make it better. I am not a native english speaker so please excuse me any uncorrect sentence or spelling what I might make in this blog. I invested a lot of time and effort to learn the english language, but I think this is an endless study to know everything about this language. But I personally think, english language is the key to know the wider world. Enough to see the numbers: 350 million people speak english as their first language, 1,400,000,000 speaks as a formal language of their country and a lot more as a second language. That is a huge amount of people! And I am so happy to be a part of this community. I improve my english on daily basis to make lesser mistake and form my thoughts better in my writing. So, again , please excuse me any wrong grammar, spelling or anything that hurts your eyes while reading. I would be very grateful for any correction what you suggest as a native or better english speaker than me.
Okay, lets see that e-book what I mentioned on several sites and forums. I decided to make this website to make the information available for all of you and avoid to send a lot of email and private messages. So this e-book conntains information about the critical steps, you must know how to become a vegetarian, also the life-changing reasons, a vegetarian food pyramid, the 10 most common misconceptions about vegetarianism, what leading medical authorities say on the health benefits of being vegetarian, tried and true plans for becoming vegetarian, traps for the beginner vegetarian, the difference between a vegetarian, a vegan, a pescatarian and an ovo-lacto vegetarian, where to get all the protein you need and how much we actually need, recipes for vegetarian barbecue food, how to cook with “fake“ meat so you can eat your favourite “meat” dishes such as lasagne, shepherd’s pie and sausages, vital information for pregnant or lactating mothers wanting to become vegetarian and a lot more. You can find the website about the e-book here
